Divine Mercy Sunday

There will be Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament in the Little Church on Sunday, April 27 (Divine Mercy Sunday) at 2:30 p.m. The Chaplet of Divine Mercy will be prayed at 3:00 p.m. Benediction will follow.

World Day of Prayer

Sacred Heart Church invites you to join us on May 1 at 7:00 p.m. in the Little Church to unite our voices into one voice to praise our God in one prayer. We will give Him thanks and ask Him to look with favor upon our nation.

"So that, with one mind and one voice, you may glory the God and Father of our Lord, Jesus Christ." (Rm. 15:8)

Sodality Tea Party

Celebrate Spring with scones, little sandwiches, and dessert on Saturday, May 10 from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. in the Mother Seton Room. Cost is $5.00 per person. Reservations must be made in advance. Young Adults: Theology on Tap

Are you a young adult in your 20's or 30's? If so, you are invited to join other young adults at our Theology on Tap session on Monday, May 12 at 7:30 p.m. at the Grill at Harryman House.

The word Easter probably has roots in the Norse term Eostur, the season of the rising sun, or the time of the new birth of spring.

Both of these meanings lend themselves well to Christian symbolism for the new life of the risen Christ, the eternal light.

"Hour of Glory"

Join Fr. Hamilton for an "Hour of Glory" every Monday evening in the Little Church from 7:00 - 8:00 p.m.

These evenings feature praise and worship, biblical reflection, healing prayers, and testimonies.

Welcome Home

All of us are called by Jesus to reach out and bring His message to all people. Each of us has the responsibility to reach out to those in our families or among our friends who have been away from the Church - to welcome them home. Do you know someone like this... or one who feels unwelcome due to a past hurt? Sacred Heart's Welcome Home program is for people who have been away from the Church for any period of time.
