Best Years Group

"You are the light of the world. Your light must shine before others,
that they may see your good deeds and glorify your heavenly Father."  Matthew 5:14,16

The Best Years Group welcomes adults who are 55 years of age or older without regard to religious affiliation, sex, racial or ethnic heritage, or place of residence. Members may be single, married, divorced, widows, widowers, or religious. Spouses who are less than 55 years of age may be members. Dues are $5 per member per year.

The Best Years Group was formed to bring adults together to share activities and interests and to keep members informed of current events pertaining to citizens within the age range of the Group. The Group addresses the needs of the whole person in body, mind, and spirit. Our activities focus on "Friendship, Communication and Service." They encompass spirituality, recreation and social programs, health and welfare, education, culture, and service to the Church and community (31,741 volunteer hours from 2007-September 2016).

The Best Years Group meets on the first Wednesday of the month at 7:00 p.m., from September to June. The agendas include business matters, speakers, refreshments, pot-luck suppers, and recreational activities. Planned activities include Mass and breakfast, lunches, plays, tours, bus trips, picnics, seasonal revelry, and volunteer service. For more information, please contact Mary Anne Baker at or 410-795-3178.
