Family Fellowship at Sacred Heart, Glyndon is a dynamic ministry that provides our parishioners the opportunity to come together with their children to express their faith and celebrate family. Our activities include:
|• open gym nights||• Halloween Trick or Treat and dance||• a St. Patrick's Day party|
|• Advent prayer service||• children's Stations of the Cross||• Mardi Gras pancake supper|
|• family game nights||• and a Christmas movie party|
In addition to the fun and games, guest speakers inform and enrich our parents, giving them information on topics ranging from technology awareness to managing the stress of being a mother. Childcare is provided for those events geared toward parents, and it is more than babysitting as the children learn about Saints and do arts and crafts that correspond to the liturgical calendar. The activities offered are featured at varying times and dates, and they are designed to give families with children of all ages an opportunity to participate. All Family Fellowship activities (with the exception of the Halloween trick or treat dance) are offered at no cost, and they are run by a team of volunteers.
