"Let no one have contempt for your youth, but set an example for those who believe,
in speech, conduct, love, faith, and purity."  1 Timothy 4:12

2019-2020 registration for SOURCE is now CLOSED.

SOURCE is offered for all High School students (grades 9-12) and meets twice a month on Sunday evenings following the 5:00 p.m. Youth Mass from 6:15 — 8:30 p.m. Our goal is that SOURCE will be the community of faith for all High School students. SOURCE meets the 2-year catechesis requirement for those seeking Confirmation, and it is the continuing faith formation for all High School students. We use the Life Teen® program for SOURCE.

Life Teen is a Eucharist-centered movement within the Roman Catholic Church; Life Teen leads teenagers and their families into a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ and His Church. With the Blessed Virgin Mary as our intercessor and guide, Life Teen seeks to unleash the fullness of the Sacramental power present within the young Church. You can learn more about Life Teen at

If you are new to Sacred Heart and want to register for SOURCE, contact Susan Lea.

"It is Jesus that you seek when you dream of happiness; He is waiting for you when nothing else you find satisfies you; He is the beauty to which you are so attracted; it is He who provoked you with that thirst for fullness that will not let you settle for compromise; it is He who urges you to shed the masks of a false life; it is He who reads in your heart your most genuine choices, the choices that others try to stifle. It is Jesus who stirs in you the desire to do something great with your lives, the will to follow an ideal, the refusal to allow yourselves to be ground down by mediocrity, the courage to commit yourselves humbly and patiently to improving yourselves and society, making the world more human and more fraternal."
