Instructions for retrieving your contribution statement
PLEASE NOTE: You must have an e-mail address on file with the parish to access your statement

Thank you so much for your generous donations to Sacred Heart Parish over the last year. Below are instructions for retrieving your itemized contributions made for 2024. Please note that each contribution is recorded on the day it was received, not on the date on the envelope.

• Click on My Contribution Statement

• If this is your first time logging in, click on Don’t have an account? Sign up
• Enter your email address and/or mobile telephone number that you have on record with the parish.
• You will be asked to finish the account set-up process using a 2-factor authentication process to set up a password. Once this is done go to next step.
• Login by entering your email address and/or mobile telephone number and your password.
• Make sure the gray button that says 2024 is highlighted.
• Click on the blue Save as PDF button.
• Your contribution statement will appear, make sure you save the pdf file to your computer!
• Please make sure to save your password for future use.
